One-on-one lessons for fast and focused progress. Your coach works only with you: technique, serve, footwork, court movement, tactics and mental strength. Every session is fully personalised to your style, fitness level and goals.
Small group training (4–6 players) with a clear plan: warm-up, drills, rally exercises and game situations. You train in a friendly environment, learn to play against different opponents and stay motivated by the energy of the group.
